Therapy

Therapy can assist you in managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as increasing self-compassion and self-care. Therapy can help you understand the root of specific challenges, identify and manage emotions, and make positive changes in your life. You will meet individually with a therapist (in person or online) and set goals for your mental health and well being.

Consultation

Are you looking for information on mental health, mental illness, or interpersonal relationships? Do you need support to better understand what support you might need? Consultation with a clinical psychologist may include one or two appointments in which you receive support to help determine next steps, either for your own mental health goals or to better support a loved one. Solasta offers specific consultation for Parenting, Separation & Divorce, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and Perinatal and Postnatal Mental Health.

Assessment

Psychological assessment can be a key part of your mental health journey. In order to better understand your strengths and challenges, your clinician gathers information about how you think, feel, behave, and helps you identify past and present obstacles. A mental health assessment can provide you with valuable insight into the difficulties you might be experiencing and guides your course of treatment.

Coaching

Are you looking to enhance your performance in a particular area? Coaching is a form of development in which you’re supported by an experienced person in achieving a specific personal or professional goal through training and guidance. Currently, Solasta offers coaching sessions for mindfulness, meditation, and self-care.

“Mental health is not a destination, but a process. It's about how you drive, not where you're going.”
